◆あらすじ
大きな乳房を持つ女子大生・音無 由美（おとなし ゆみ）。
彼女はコールセンターでのアルバイトの面接を受ける為、国内屈指の大手製薬会社の本社ビルに赴いた。
面接は滞りなく進み、その場で採用が言い渡される。安堵する由美。だが次の瞬間、彼女は拘束されてしまった。

……この製薬会社には、非合法かつ特殊な薬剤を開発し、闇市場で流通させているという裏の顔があった。
由美は、「乳房肥大薬」の被検体に選ばれてしまったのだ。

◆Synopsis
Yumi Otonashi is a college student with big breasts.
